SP Investment Fund, LLC, Manager Gil Seton, Jr.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Gil Seton, Jr., joined Showplace Development, Inc., as president in 1990. In this position, he oversees all aspects of operations, including financing and project management. A few of his regular activities include the negotiation of land purchase and sale agreements, securing local land use approval, and communicating with external vendors. Since 2003, Gil Seton, Jr., has also served as the manager of SP Investment Fund, LLC. His work at SP Investment Fund mainly involves the acquisition of general limited partner interests, with a focus on limited partnerships that own affordable apartment complexes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Seton served as a project manager at Calmark Development. During his time with the company, he assisted with the development of affordable housing throughout Southern California. Calmark ranked as the 13th largest multi-family developer in the nation.

Mr. Seton studied real estate and finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. During his studies, he earned the Samuel Furman Memorial Fellowship, denoting excellence in the fields of real estate and finance.
